Quintessentially Escape (HK) Ltd seeks the best suppliers to deliver escapes. Quintessentially Escape (HK) Ltd acts as an agent for suppliers and is not responsible for the safety standards, quality of the experience or loss or damage suffered during the experience. We have agreements with our suppliers regarding performance standards. |

| 2. | Suppliers Terms
Once you have booked an escape with a supplier you are then bound by their terms and conditions. Each escape has a detailed cancellation policy set by the supplier or suppliers of your escape; you are bound by their terms and conditions once a booking is made. |

| 3. | Availability
All escapes are offered subject to availability. Certain escapes can only happen at specific times of the year. Minimum booking times apply to all escapes, but booking within this time does not guarantee availability.

| 4. | Restrictions
Each escape has detailed restrictions. Some escapes are not suitable for persons with health problems or certain disabilities. If you require more detailed information prior to booking please call Quintessentially Escape (HK) Ltd on +852 3752 2081

| 5. | Locations
The location of each escape is detailed on each escape’s information page. Due to circumstances beyond the control of suppliers some escapes may be subject to a change of location at short notice. |

| 6. | Pricing
Escapes listed within each ‘collection’ are priced correctly at the time of printing. It may be necessary from time to time to change the pricing of an escape or change the collection in which it sits. Bespoke Escape packages will be issued with a price that will be valid for the period stated in your individual Bespoke Escape confirmation. Please note that Quintessentially Escape (HK) Ltd reserves the right to charge a card fee over and above the quoted price for all credit card payments. |

| 7. | Withdrawal of Escapes
It may be necessary for certain escapes to be withdrawn at short notice for reasons beyond our reasonable control.

| 8. | Descriptions and Images
Quintessentially Escape (HK) Ltd works with suppliers to give full and accurate descriptions of each escape, however these are a guide only and elements of the descriptions may differ from time to time. All images used are to give an indication of what you might expect to see or experience on each escape. |

| 9. | Loss of an Escape Gift Card
All escapes are registered when purchased and you will be issued with a Quintessentially Escape (HK) Ltd Gift Card which is unique to you and your escape. Where possible we log the name and contact details for both the purchaser and the recipient. If a Gift Card is lost we attempt to verify the owner of the card and will deliver the escape provided where we are satisfied that you are the owner of the card. |

| 10. | Exchanging a Gift Card
Quintessentially Escape (HK) Ltd offer a flexible approach to experience gifts. You may be required to pay additional monies in the event that you choose an escape which is more expensive or a bespoke escape. In the event that you choose an escape which is of a lower value than the amount on your gift card, you will be refunded by way of a new gift card/s to the value of the difference. No cash refunds will be provided. |

| 11. | Refunds
Refunds can be made on the purchase of a Quintessentially Escape (HK) Ltd gift card if no escape has been booked and the gift card has not expired. All refunds are subject to a 15% refund fee. Only a Quintessentially Escape purchased direct from Quintessentially Escape (HK) Ltd can be refunded. Refunds will only be issued to the person who purchased the escape; we are unable to refund the recipient. We are unable to refund escapes purchased from a retailer partner or third party operator. Bespoke Escapes are considered booked at the time of purchase and therefore no refunds apply. |

| 12. | Participants
Each escape details the number of guests who may take part. It may be possible to add on additional guests either as participants or spectators; this may incur an additional cost. It may not be practical to add additional attendees to certain escapes. |

| 13. | Insurance
Whilst each supplier has the relevant insurance policies these are not necessarily applicable to individuals participating in an escape or spectating. It is recommended that you take out the relevant and adequate insurance to cover the activities you will experience during your escape. |

| 14. | Cancellation Policy
In the event that you decide to cancel an escape after booking it, certain cancellation charges will be payable to our supplier. You understand and accept when booking an escape through us that you are bound by our supplier’s terms and conditions and accordingly any policies they may have on cancellation charges. |

| 15. | Force Majeure
Quintessentially Escape (HK) Ltd shall not be liable to any party in relation to anything which, apart from this provision, may constitute breach of these terms and conditions and which arises by reason of force majeure, namely circumstances beyond control of either Quintessentially Escape (HK) Ltd or the Supplier, such as but not limited to, acts of God, acts of terrorism, perils of the sea or air, fire, flood, drought, explosion, embargo, riots, civil commotion or civil authority including acts of local government and parliamentary authority. |

| 16. | Limitation of Liability
In the event that Quintessentially Escape (HK) Ltd is found liable by a Court of law for a breach of these terms and conditions in relation to an escape, any monies owed as a result of that liability shall not exceed the total cost of the relevant escape. |
|
| 17. | Logos and Trade Marks
All intellectual property in the Quintessentially Escape (HK) Ltd website and materials (except to the extent, in certain scenarios, where it includes a supplier’s intellectual property) shall be and remain the exclusive property of Quintessentially Escape (HK) Ltd. No reproduction is allowed without prior express written consent.
